Description:

Graphite Heat Sheet is a thin, flexible, and lightweight thermal interface material engineered for efficient heat spreading and dissipation. Unlike traditional metal heat sinks, graphite sheets provide anisotropic thermal conductivity – extremely high heat transfer along the planar direction (X-Y axis) while offering insulation in the thickness direction (Z-axis). This makes them ideal for confined spaces where heat needs to be spread quickly away from hotspots.

For EV battery applications, graphite heat sheets are used as thermal management layers between battery cells, between cells and cooling plates, or as part of the battery module insulation system.

Key Features:

Ultra-High Thermal Conductivity: In-plane thermal conductivity: 300 – 1500 W/m·K (depending on grade)

Lightweight: Density: 0.8 – 2.0 g/cm³, significantly lighter than copper or aluminum

Thin & Flexible: Thickness range: 0.01mm – 1.0mm, can be bent or wrapped around components

Electromagnetic Shielding: Provides EMI/RFI shielding effectiveness

Compressible (for some grades) : Can fill gaps and conform to uneven surfaces

Thermal Stability: Operating temperature: -40°C to +400°C (depending on grade)
