The present invention relates to the technical field of filtration, and more specifically, to a composite buffer foam for new energy power battery modules and a compression molding process thereof. The process comprises: Step 1: placing a pre-prepared composite buffer foam onto a conveyor; Step 2: activating a hydraulically driven compression molding mechanism to apply pressure to the composite buffer foam on the conveyor, thereby compressing it into a foldable specific shape. In the present invention, when the compression molding mechanism rises, a first rack fixed on the inner cylinder moves downward accordingly, driving a gear to rotate, which in turn drives a second rack to move horizontally. The power is ultimately transmitted through a moving rod to a piston, causing the piston to displace within the cylinder cavity and thereby push the molded foam out of the mold. This demolding process is characterized by high synchronization and rapid response, avoiding issues such as mold jamming and incomplete demolding that may occur with traditional independent control methods, thereby significantly improving demolding efficiency and product consistency.
